I've been keeping my eye on this Faroe Islands team ever since they were 4+ goal underdogs to France. France only beat them 2-0 at home. Faroe went to Cyprus this last week and played to a 2-2 draw.

Ireland on the other hand, played to a 0-0 draw with France this last week and also played to a 1-1 draw with the Swiss last month. This is why I think the total will go under 4.5.

I'm thinking the Faroe Islands lost respect with their 6-0 loss to Switzerland. Since then they are playing much better and the line has not reflected that.

Those numbers are from Pinnacle at the time I posted them. I see that I left off the odds on the total. It should be under 4.5 -167. On Monday morning when I checked the numbers they had moved to the numbers you mention.

Andorra has lost 0-4, 0-4 in the Friendlies and lost 0-3 and 1-5 in WCQ. Macedonia has not had a match go under 3 for the total in their 3 games in WCQ so far.

France/Cyprus under 3 -123
France has not been scoring much in the WCQ and they have not given up a goal in 3 matches.

Wales/Poland over 2 and 2.5 -119
I'm thinking Wales' 0-2 loss to England has shaded this total lower than it should be. While Wales is not necessarily a scoring powerhouse, Poland has shown that it can put the ball into the net.
